Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are seeking a BNL Sales Development Manager to target in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities with potential and existing clients within Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
In this role, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with prominent pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research organizations (CROs), diagnostic companies, and academic institutions.
This is a specialized sales development role, and the successful candidate will contribute to the team’s achievement of Pharma, Biotech & CROs sales targets, which are designed to reach and surpass the overall revenue and growth goals for CBP Portfolio. The role reports to the Sales Manager of BNL.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Pharma, Biotech & CROs
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing plans with Pharma, Biotech & CROs to pursue them.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Negotiating and closing deals with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies and making recommendations for improvement.
- Review, maintain and manage compliance to key performance indicators to include, but not limited to, sales performance and opportunity management and follow up.
- Manage MBR and QBR processes, provide regular forecasts relevant to the territory and make sure the SFDC CRM tool is adequately updated.
- Manage contract renewals and assign local targets for Channel Partners.
