Pay $85,000 base, $147,000 OTE

This role is pivotal in building a high-performing sales team that will drive our growth and extend our market reach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in sales, particularly in the technology or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and interns.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring all sales quotas and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Design and implement a robust training program for sales staff, enhancing their skills and ensuring alignment with Peerlogic’s sales methodologies and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance to identify areas for improvement, providing coaching and mentoring to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Manage pipeline forecasts and provide regular sales activity reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed of industry changes and competitor strategies that may impact the sales team.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment that is conducive to growth and development.
