Pay $85,000 base, $147,000 OTE

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in sales, particularly in the technology or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and interns.
- Oversee the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring all sales quotas and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Design and implement a robust training program for sales staff, enhancing their skills and ensuring alignment with Peerlogic’s sales methodologies and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance to identify areas for improvement, providing coaching and mentoring to maximize sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Manage pipeline forecasts and provide regular sales activity reports to senior management.
- Stay informed of industry changes and competitor strategies that may impact the sales team.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment that is conducive to growth and development.
