Job Description

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

  • Prospect into multiple organizations via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilising online information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline.
  • Penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule well qualified appointments with key decision makers.
  • Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply. Willing to relocate to Adelaide.

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Experience in cold calling is a plus.
  • Cantonese fluency is a requirement.
  • Business-level proficiency in conversional English level.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously but contribute to a larger team.
