ABOUT THE ROLE

At Dixa, you’ll join a mission-oriented team with clear targets that put you on a path towards becoming a Senior SDR first, then an Account Executive. You’ll practice value-selling, learn to build a market, and help a Danish software company scale in the CX space in the Nordics, Dixa’s home market. Based in Dixa’s Headquarters in Copenhagen, you will be surrounded by a team of SDRs, Account Executives and Sales leaders you can learn from to build the foundations of a successful Sales career.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Outbound prospecting: identify and engage with prospects by phone, email or on LinkedIn
  • Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
  • Successfully explain the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
  • Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
