Job Description
Procore is looking for an inspiring Sales Development Representative (SDR), Enterprise to partner with our ANZ Sales team to deliver the next phase of growth in our APAC region. This includes working on some of the largest accounts & construction projects in ANZ - and will span projects across large infrastructure, Renewables, Datacentres, Transport, Residential, Manufacturing, Education & more!
You will develop an understanding of the construction industry and Procore’s platform to partner cross functionally with the Account team to deliver quality sales pipeline across both new and existing enterprise clients that help realise our vision to improve the lives of everyone in Construction.
This position will report to the Manager, Sales Development, and will be based in our Sydney office.
What you’ll do:
- Build and develop a cohesive territory & account plan with Sales to achieve aligned quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Perform account & industry research to deliver personalised outreach & messaging to prospects across your territory
- Conduct detailed discovery by engaging construction professionals through a multi-channel approach to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
- Collaborate with the wider Sales team to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business
- Prioritize enablement & certifications as part of your career development
