Tasks
As an SDR with paretos, you are the engine that makes our sales team go! You will have the opportunity to learn from industry expert Account Executives, Marketing Managers and other cross-functional leaders. With your current skillset, plus some guidance we can accomplish great things and grow together!

Requirements

  • You have experiences as a SDR and industry knowledge, ideally 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales for SaaS products (preferably in the area of AI) and/or Supply Chain Management
  • You are tech-savvy and able to leverage modern technology and tools to professionalize and automate your outreach
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, which you use to solve complex problems/create solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- you are comfortable speaking with, negotiating with, questioning and giving feedback to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Good time management and organizational skills- you are able to set quantifiable goals for daily and long-term objectives and have a plan to achieve them
  • You are coachable and resilient- you take feedback as an opportunity to improve while remaining confident in yourself
  • You are eager to learn and develop yourself into the role of an Account Executive within the company
  • Fluent in German-native or bilingual (as the focus is DACH) and English (as we are an international company

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating contact with potential customers via telephone, video call or onsite and communicating with top decision-makers from all industries (primarily outbound)
  • Conducting high-level discussions with target customers. You determine business needs and evoke interest in our products convincingly
  • Mastering and constantly improving all relevant steps from- contact identification, data enrichment, need qualification and internal handover
  • Jointly working together with our Marketing Manager, Account Executives and Customer Success Experts
  • Meeting and exceeding personal targets while contributing to the greater goals of the company-thus creating something you can be proud of- and of course, putting some money in your pockets : )
