Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Superstar Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in our Berlin office.
This opportunity calls for professionals who are ready to dive in with enthusiasm and make a real difference. Join our growing startup, where you’ll work closely with senior team members to achieve our ambitious revenue goals together.
You will be responsible for researching and qualifying customers to create sales opportunities and providing world-class support to prospective customers.
About you: A strongly self-motivated and driven professional who is goal-oriented, creative, and tenacious, with excellent communication skills. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Superstar Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Be the face of UXCam in nurturing inbound leads through the sales process, by researching & qualifying new opportunities, and engaging via phone, email, and social
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to identify their needs/challenges and generate qualified opportunities, and advise them on how UXCam can help them with a consultative sales approach
  • Become a product & industry expert in all things mobile analytics, staying up to date on news & trends
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and your peers to strategize your outbound campaigns and approaches, to engage with key decision-makers
  • Maintain & update customer information and activities in our CRM (Hubspot). Using other tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, 42matters, etc., and others to research leads

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED AT THIS ROLE

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in sales development, within SaaS
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (Portuguese and Spanish highly beneficial)
  • You thrive in an autonomous work environment and are a stickler for an organization to manage your day-to-day work
  • You are comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders and aren’t phased by rejection
  • You have experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, and Apollo
  • Coachability - you’re always looking for ways to improve and are happy to give feedback as much as you receive it
  • Bonus points: Experience in and passion for startups
  • You must have the right to work in Germany - no visa sponsorship can be provided for this role
