JOB SCOPE:

As a member of the Marketing Team, the main responsibilities of this role is to prequalify inbound marketing leads and seamlessly hand those which qualify to the Strategic Industries Team. During the qualification process, the SDR is also responsible for answering all Top of Marketing Funnel contact inquires and serves as the central point of contact for them. Aligning Multiview’s products to meet client’s needs is the key to this role’s success.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales or customer service environments
  • University degree and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field would be considered an asset
  • Flawless communication skills, both oral and written
  • Working knowledge of the SaaS based market or the ability to learn new software skills quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member with high energy and a growth mindset that interfaces well at all levels within organizations
  • Highly adaptable, flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent at “qualifying” and prioritizing opportunities
  • Strong technical aptitude and able to work hands on with products
  • Experience selling direct or via channel would be considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualify all inbound marketing leads and respond to them and connect them to the appropriate Business Development Executive (BDE) as necessary.
  • Nurture inbound marketing prospect to a point of qualification or disqualification, using multiple touch points (phone, email, etc)
  • Manage their respective inbound marketing funnels
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
