Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Oxolo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation in the video generation space and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking startup.
Your area of responsibility
1. Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
2. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
3. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
4. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and communicate the value of Oxolo’s AI video generation solutions.
5. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for the sales team.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Oxolo’s offerings.
Your profile
1. Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role is a must.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with AI and video generation technologies is a plus.
4. Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets and goals.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
6. Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales productivity tools.
7. Candidate must be native in German.
