Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. You will be given a list of calls to make every day using Hubspot, and your primary responsibility will be to convert “warm leads” that are engaging with our emails into discovery meetings. Your ability to build rapport, identify potential prospects, and communicate the value of our products/services will be crucial to your success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a similar Business Development or Inside Sales role.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot/Salesforce/Zoho or a similar CRM software.
  • Strong English fluency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily call lists efficiently.
  • A passion for sales, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
