The Strategic Inside Sales Rep (SIS) is an extension of the Field Sales Team focused on driving growth within Strategic and Global accounts by engaging with and developing the Alteryx user base.
Working in close collaboration with Account Executives, SIS Reps manage tactical account activities to enable Strategic level engagement to grow existing customers. SIS Reps also manage small deals and renewals in their assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting – Working in close collaboration with Account Executives, SIS Reps establish prospecting plans for strategic and global accounts to uncover new business and grow existing customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Lead Management – Manage and progress inbound leads and trial requests
- Driving Sales Execution –Serve as sales point of contact for ad-hoc purchases and quoting, in addition to negotiating and closing transactional sales cycles.
- Effective Account Coordination – Use a disciplined approach to effectively and efficiently involve pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Demonstrating Alteryx Proficiency – Be proficient with a working knowledge and understanding across all Alteryx products and solutions
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in technology sales environment
- Track record of driving results faster with a sense of urgency
- Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills.
- Systematic but flexible, self-directed; can prioritize and manage multiple work streams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
