Our client, a Global Outsourcing leader are seeking to add a Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist to their talented social media platform team in Dubin, working in a hybrid model.
We’re looking for a highly-motivated individual to support the client – A US-based social media platform looking to grow its existing and future client base.
As a Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Client Account Managers in your designated vertical and region to meet clients’ advertising objectives and grow revenue through a combination of performance-driven and awareness-driven campaigns.
The Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and delegating the work that will directly support Client Account Managers in driving revenue.

Your role:

  • Aid in pre-launch preparations and tasks.
  • Liaise with AdOps team to collect assets, build campaigns, and provide proof of concept via client-ready launch reports and/ or screenshot decks.
  • Monitor campaign pacing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide regular Pacing and Performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients over email and Slack.
  • Proactively make recommendations to hit pacing and/or performance goals of the client’s advertisers.
  • Hands-on daily/ weekly campaign optimisation.
  • Analyse data to derive actionable insights.
  • Create polished, advertiser-ready wrap reports and QBRs.
  • Provide support and expertise to clients directly via Zoom, Email, and/or Slack communications.
  • Provide out-of-office coverage for Client Account Managers
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls and capture follow ups.
  • Assist advertisers in resolving issues.
  • Recognise and represent Client Account Manager and advertiser needs to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and continued career development.

Your skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Direct Sales, Account Management and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics (i.e. CPM, SOV, CPA, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Reach & Frequency).
  • Fluent English speaker with advanced proficiency in both verbal & written communication
  • Expert skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience with Insights platforms like Comscore and Brandwatch.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of data.
  • Understanding of digital measurement solutions.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • QA Mindset and High attention to detail.
