The postholder is responsible for the account management of their dedicated customer(s) and for all commercial interactions including new leasing opportunities and contract negotiations for Vantage across APAC.
ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Solutions driven attitude.
- In depth knowledge of, and demonstrable track record, in the data center or related sector with a firm knowledge of development, engineering, delivery, or sales.
- Degree and postgraduate qualifications desirable, and/or equivalent (international) experience.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with demonstrable experience of coaching and develop high performing teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and gain support from cross functional and geographically diverse stakeholders (internally and externally).
- Outstanding negotiation management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong IT skills; ability to use multiple communication tools and packages.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical/operational.
- Creative thinker and demonstrated ability to champion innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and simplify (for the benefit of the customer and internal stakeholders).
- Flexible, adaptable and self-directed; able to work in a variety of circumstances, e.g.: remotely, while travelling, across multiple time zones, cross functionally, by project, etc
- This position requires an organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and to prioritize work effort, all with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel within APAC up to 25% of the time.
