    You’ll be responsible for setting goals, managing performance, and providing coaching and guidance to our external and internal sales team (5 people). You’ll identify their training needs, coach and mentor them, and conduct performance appraisals to monitor their progress and provide constructive feedback.
    You’ll also play a crucial role in managing and expanding our sales network, focusing on distribution, industry & OEMs and collaborating closely with our Business Development (prescription) team, supported by CRM.
    You identify and recruit new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Analysing the market and competition to identify opportunities and improve our market position will also be a key part of your role.
    Working closely with internal teams such as marketing and product development, you’ll help us develop and launch products and services that meet the needs of our customers and partners. And speaking of customers and partners, you’ll ensure that we deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with them.
    Finally, you’ll establish and manage the sales and budget, sales forecasts, and report performance to the Global Sales Director Veneer Products.
    Your commercial insight and entrepreneurial mindset will allow you to make the right choices and put market ideas into practice. You make data-driven decisions autonomously, but also enjoy being challenged and stretched by your colleagues. You love to explore new opportunities and challenge your colleagues to do the same.
    You also have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial or technical field, as well as relevant experience in channel or B2B sales. You are open to travelling 50% of your time.
    You possess exceptional sales skills including negotiation, account management, account penetration, strategic selling, category management, sales forecasting, and leading-edge sales strategies
