YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proven Sales Director to continue to build & lead part of our European Business. You will manage existing multi-million-dollar accounts and develop new and emerging opportunities. We are looking for a sales leader that has proven experience in moving the needle, has a self-starter mentality, and can deliver transformational change within complex national postal accounts. The ideal candidate will prove to have vast experience in enterprise sales and liaising with implementation teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive sales and account management experience (10+ years) in enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling into logistics companies but also government agencies/public sector is beneficial
  • Experience selling technology, mainly software and used to quota carrying sales compensation.
  • Besides English, speaking German is a essential

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technological concepts and capable of managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Extensive travel to meet clients and prospects is an integral part of this role
  • Experience in using Salesforce
  • The successful candidate will understand how to navigate the procurement processes for large government agencies (primarily postal).
  • The role will also involve maximizing wallet share with existing customers as well as find new business.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about selling and fostering team culture
