REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in strong sales environments
- 3+ years of sales management experience in multicultural environments
- Experience with hiring, coaching, and leading a sales team
- Self-starter with clear leadership qualities
- Manage complex solution sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Fluent in English. Another language is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
Veeva Systems is seeking a European Sales Director to lead our SMB CRO Channel across EMEA.
This is a great opportunity to recruit, develop and lead a new team focused on the SMB segment and be part of the exciting next phase of Veeva’s growth in Europe.
Your team will sell Veeva’s Clinical Data, Clinical Ops, PV and Quality solutions to the CRO market.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and lead a team of A players to create new business and manage existing customer relationship
- Coach and develop the Account Partners in your team
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the local markets
- Create the right partner relationships to support the local regions
- Manage and build executive relationships with senior stakeholders
- Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Be a member of and contribute to the European Sales leadership team
