As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in fostering global client relationships, To excel in this position, you will provide a consultative approach to sales and be experienced working in this sector previously with a network of contacts. Your proven track record, network and confidence in negotiation and agreement closure will be key assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential prospects, fostering new sales opportunities and maintaining steady revenue streams.
  • Strategically achieve sales targets on both quarterly and annual basis, developing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Establish trust with customers, gaining insight into their current and future needs.
  • Employ a solution-oriented sales approach, leveraging your experience in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Sustain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate additional revenue streams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated end-to-end sales experience, specifically selling software or cloud-based applications within the finance market.
  • Track record of achieving quotas ($2-5m)
  • Proven ability to independently cultivate, nurture, and close new client relationships.
  • History of identifying customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Successful history of consistently generating activity, developing pipelines, and meeting quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and adept at presentations and relationship management.
