The Company had transited from being manufacturer’s representative in the region to manufacturing its own navigation equipment and systems. The post calls for a matured person with good leadership qualities, business acumen and public relations skills.

• Sales Teams around the sales region
• Local & International Channel Partners
• Key Customers’ Accounts

Special Projects

• Marketing Plans

• Compensation Packages

Training of:

• Sales Teams
• Channel Partners

Reports:

• KPI Achievements; SWOT Analaysis
• Channel Partners’ Performance
• Market Research
• Identification & Pioneering of New Markets

Others:

• Improvement of Sales Management Process
• Conducting Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Sales Meetings with sales teams
• Conduct Annual Audit of Local Offices’ and Channel Partners’ Sales Process
• Liaison production planning with production dept for stocks and delivery schedules
