Description:

This role will be responsible for delivering the targeted sales and profitability; monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs, invoicing and receivables against forecasts; develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the operational activities of a sales team for Lowes, Costco, and other large retailers.
You will be negotiating sales and terms with existing and new customers; preparing sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention and pricing within own area of responsibility.
This role will manage and coach sales employees and support large accounts with high impact on results as well as improve sales activities within own are of responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years progressive selling experience with major retail accounts
  • Interpersonal Communication; Customer Focus; Planning Skills; Analytical Reasoning; Business Acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain retailer relationships, preparing channel strategies, and achieving sales targets
  • Must have significant Lowes sales and management experience
