This role requires a candidate who is bilingual in both French and English.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience managing a sales team with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Preferably, experience in a high-volume, fast-paced industry with expertise in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in English and French (both oral and written).
  • Strong coaching skills and knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, Content Marketing, Web Development, and E-Commerce Services.
  • Proficiency in Social Selling and experience with ZoomInfo for prospecting.
  • Ability to develop effective sales strategies and foster a healthy sales culture.
  • Comfortable with managing change and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience/knowledge using a sales CRM, preferably ConnectWise.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams to achieve valuable outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily performance of our sales team, which includes Senior Sales and Business Development Representatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports in areas such as sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career development.
  • Inspire and motivate our local sales team, fostering inclusivity and nurturing an ethical and winning sales culture.
  • Play an active role in managing all aspects of our customer acquisition strategy. Including daily prospecting activities.
  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and continuously manage sales activities.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture and ensure adherence to a sales process that prioritizes customer sustainability and ethical practices.
  • Implement our TRUST Sales methodology.
  • Monitor team attendance, performance, and engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic development plans and provide timely team training.
  • Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews to onboard new team members.
  • Take ownership of the team’s sales activities within our sales systems, including ConnectWise CRM and ConnectWise Manage.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to prepare and execute Quarterly Business Reviews for large customers.

SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLE:

  • Responsible for fostering and growing GP, partnership, and relationship for 30-50 current active accounts.
  • Reporting and summarizing sales activities
  • Manage personal pipeline in ConnectWise Manage
  • Manage, hit, and surpass personal GP target based on assigned active accounts.
