QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales management role within the residential real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian residential property market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business planning expertise.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring real estate negotiators.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads) could be an advantage.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for business purposes.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our residential property team at Knight Frank Property Hub. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing team of real estate negotiators, and developing strategic initiatives to further establish Knight Frank’s position as the premier residential property agency in Malaysia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate negotiators, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets for residential properties across various segments.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the residential property market.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Knight Frank’s market share.
  • Coaching & Training: Provide coaching and training to real estate negotiators on effective sales techniques, market trends, and client service strategies.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, conducting regular analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Actively recruit, develop, and retain top-performing real estate negotiators.
  • Represent Knight Frank: Act as a key representative of Knight Frank Property Hub, building brand awareness and engaging with industry professionals.
