EDUCATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT OF BA

• Assist and work with ASOM in recruitment of BAs, review of commission and increment packages for BAs
• Evaluate the performance of BAs and work closely with education team to enhance product knowledge and sales technique to improve performance
• Plan and ensure with APC that new BAs are assimilated into the brand by providing them with concise brand introduction and understanding of basic product knowledge to enable them to perform their job until formal training is arranged by the Education team
• Compute commission based on retail sales of the counters and verify claims, allowances, and incentives before submission to Finance for payroll processing

QUALIFICATIONS

• A general Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience or Diploma in Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
• Proven sales track record
• Well groomed
• Good organization and communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Willingness to travel
