Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Operations and Enablement Specialist will execute complex sales operations and enablement strategies in the commercial team. In this role, you will lead the development of processes using appropriate tools, create and monitor performance reports and develop training programs for the commercial team. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to enable increased internal and external engagement and effectiveness for our sales organization. Key Accountabilities
Lead complex processes related to the development of the sales enablement framework with the commercial organization and collaborate with sales leadership to meet short- and long-term action plans.
Partner collaboratively with key stakeholders to build commercial performance reports to develop and manage opportunity pipelines.
Work closely with the Commercial Lead to develop the required commercial capabilities across people, process and tools, based on the Food Solutions strategy and the Cargill Sales Competency Model.
Provide support over the commercial onboarding process for the new team members.
Collaborate as point of reference for sharing and pursuing commercial best practices.
Assess and incorporate required digital tools that enable commercial execution while enhancing customer experience.
Other related Sales Operations tasks (e.g.: customer/sales team set up).
Managing SO&SE related budget. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the design and implementation of new processes and tools
Commercial related experience (e.g.: Sales Rep, KAM, Sales Manager).
Training and Development experience.
