Sales Enablement Lead

JOB SUMMARY

As the Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll oversee new hire onboarding, drive process adoption at the department level, and align with quarterly department sales plans. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for spearheading process improvement and measurement, fostering cross-sales and department collaboration, and providing support for department projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum five (5) years sales enablement experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment and IT.
• Self-awareness; Self-motivated with an awareness and understanding of one’s strengths and areas of development.
• Experience in an advisory, information and/or business services organization.
