Responsibilities:
- Develop framework for internal training, education and knowledge transfer
- Implement processes for identification of training needs within the organisation
- Create clear knowledge transfer schedule and implement it with other departments
- Identify, contact and brief internal & external experts who will produce training materials
- Identify and set up the right platform to put training material at employees’ disposal and track usage, gather suggestions
- Collaborate with HR department to create a smooth and holistic onboarding process
- Pro-actively suggest training and education topics
- Develop concept for best suited formats depending on the topic: live presentations, pre-recorded video etc.
- Work closely with sales leadership to align education needs and training initiatives with overall sales strategy and goals
- Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure a holistic understanding of the products and services being sold
