Description:

We are seeking a Sales Enablement & Operations Senior Analyst to join our diverse team in the Capital Markets FX business to provide support to the Sales Organisation on general sales-related matters. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping to optimize sales processes, analyse data and support our sales team in achieving their targets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of Sales Enablement and Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Sales Enablement & Operations strategies to improve Sales efficiency
  • Run projects and act as Project Manager to streamline various business processes and improve the execution
  • Build, review and update presentation decks, process documentation, and sales collateral
  • Host calls and sales briefings to communicate updates, new initiatives, and standard methodologies
  • Generate reports and collate data to provide insights into sales performance and present this to the sales team including the management in various way including in meetings, regular emails, and our monthly internal newsletter
  • Support the evolution of our intranet (MS SharePoint) including creating campaign pages and various landing pages to ensure sales have access to the materials they need
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Enablement & Ops departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars
  • Act as a key contact point for the sales team on an ongoing basis for support on any questions, issues, or areas for improvement, along with being a central point of communication between the sales team and other collaborators
  • Be inquisitive and proactively address / respond to feedback from the sales team, providing suggestions to the wider Sales Enablement and Ops team on focus areas to enable us to consistently drive efficiency and performance
  • Ensures effective storage, maintenance and organisation of data created, collated and/or cleaned so it can be analysed with precision

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proactive & self - motivated, execution driven
  • Diligent with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with MS-Office applications especially MS-Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in project area would be a bonus
