Description:

Achievers’ Global Revenue Enablement & Training team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist passionate about process, training, and leading enablement programs designed to deliver a world-class experience. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales organization by developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools to empower our sales team to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Use an array of tools to produce a variety of materials that promote learning.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales goals, challenges, and opportunities, and develop sales enablement initiatives to support them.
  • Create and maintain sales training programs, materials, and resources to onboard new hires and continuously upskill existing sales team members.
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks, tools, and resources to streamline sales processes and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and collateral with sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and use insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices among the sales team.
