This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist
The Sales Enablement Specialist role reports to our Manager of Enablement, based in Manila, Philippines, and supports the Small Medium Businesses Sales – Enablement team. The ideal candidate will deliver professional work overseeing a range of Enablement functions related to Sales processes, policies and programs for our SMB Revenue teams and assists in activities such as training/facilitation, process analysis/improvement, program or course content development, stakeholder communication and compliance. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible to identify gaps, and areas to improve our current Enablement programs for our SMB Revenue team.
Onboarding and Training. Focused on providing sales, systems, and product knowledge to newly hired and/or existing Account Executives. Facilitate learning using effective presentation, facilitation, coaching, using classroom, on-the-job, self-paced, web-conferencing programs (RingCentral Video), one-on-one, and other delivery methods as needed.
Gap Analysis and Skills Improvement. Review, analyze, identify gaps and challenges, then create a strategy and execute to improve the current programs of Sales organization and overall business.
The Specialist is expected to set enablement standards, measure and report on results of all enablement initiatives.Meet with different leaders within the business, identify gaps, and confidently make recommendations to improve the business.
Program or Content Development. Develop programs for SMB Revenue Teams while maintaining a program that is forward thinking and built for the future, not just today. Manage multiple projects, content, and relationships at once to help SMB Enablement deliver more, faster, and more unified.
Collaboration and Communication. Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. Establish and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders, learners, and management.Be confident in holding strategic conversations with managers, directors, and VPs.Work closely with peers, helping to improve, unify, and create consistency in content. Provide support to peers and help ensure team motivation and culture is preserved at all times. Be confident in holding strategic conversations with managers, directors, and VPs.
Compliance. Comply with established ethical, moral, legal, and Company standards.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 1-3 years of related Sales Enablement experience,in any industry
  • With experience in training/facilitation, process analysis/improvement, program or course content development, stakeholder communication and compliance.
  • With experience in extracting and creating Training reports
  • With great facilitation and presentation skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Onboarding and Facilitation skills - training new hires and existing Account Executives
  • Collaboration - ability to work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
  • Presentation skills - effectively structure training modules, communicate ideas clearly and can easily connect with the audience
  • Customer Service - high degree of judgment and discretion in managing new hire employee concerns, with strong problem solving skills and able to prioritize tasks and concerns
  • Integrity - high degree of confidentiality to manage sensitive and privileged information
  • Communication Skills - high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical Skills - Solid proficiency in MS Office suite especially MsExcel, mail merge, Google Docs, very keen on details and organizedIntra and Interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments
  • Tools - Experience in using/managing LMS tools(Highspot, Skillshood, etc.), conversational tools such as InContact, Connect & Sell and the likes would be great,
  • Experience using AI software such as Gong, would be helpful
  • Willing to work on night shift (11:00 pm - 8:00 am)
  • Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
