Job Description
To accompany the fast-paced development of our European activities, CS Group is looking for a Sales Engineer. Reporting directly to the German Operations Director you will strengthen the development of our space business in Germany, the main activities will be:
- Develop and maintain client relationships;
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals;
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders;
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data;
- Track, identify and add qualified leads to sales pipeline;
- Support and coordinate proposal writing for client tenders;
- Track and report on the status of proposal components.
Qualifications
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in technology related sales or in business developmentpreferably in the space industry or an equivalent engineering industry in an internationalenvironment.
- You have strong interpersonal and commercial skills which allow you to interact, developstrong professional relationships and negotiate with customers at all levels.
- The role will appeal to a self-starter, who is highly motivated, accustomed to workingindependently but who can also work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or German or another Europeanlanguage is an advantage.
