Job description
Business Development
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads to expand the company’s customer base within the industrial and retail segments.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospective clients’ needs, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions that address clients’ specific requirements.
Market Penetration and Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the industrial sector in the UAE, specifically targeting factories and manufacturing facilities.
- Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations and establish productive relationships to promote our IoT solutions.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain a robust and well-organized sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and progress.
- Forecast sales projections accurately and provide regular reports to senior management.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IoT, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams for the continuous improvement of our solutions and services.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on RFID, SAAS, and IoT solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, industry challenges, and customer pain points.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
