REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical Expertise: Possesses in-depth knowledge of marine engines, propulsion systems, electronics, and other technical aspects of boats.
- Relevant industry experience in Complex Sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Provider: Analyses customer needs and recommends the most suitable equipment based on technical specifications, performance requirements, and budget constraints.
- Project Management: Oversees the entire sales process, from initial consultations to product installation and after-sales support.
- Complex Sales: Deals with larger, more complex projects, often involving new technology or custom solutions.
- Client Relationships: Builds strong relationships with customers, providing technical guidance and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communication: Effectively communicates technical details to clients with varying levels of expertise.
