Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key customers and trade organizations, understanding and solidifying purchase agreements, customer alliances and market trends. You will also develop an understanding of Flowserve operations to enhance selling effectiveness and coordinate selling efforts with other internal and 3rd party selling channel partners to achieve strategic objectives, with a particular focus on the oil & gas sector.

YOUR ROLE

  • In your role you will have the opportunity to lead and make a significant impact in the oil and gas sector, driving strategic sales leadership and fostering customer partnerships in a challenging and rewarding environment.
  • ct as the primary liaison for customers, addressing all facets of the business relationship including proposals, product delivery, after-sales support, and warranty claims.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing plans that complement regional sales strategies.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and report monthly and quarterly on sales bookings, opportunities, and activities, with a strong emphasis on the oil & gas business.
  • Establish and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders in designated regions, ensuring alignment and responsiveness.
  • Manage and maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
