Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong and long-term business relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying, managing and developing new potential sales channels/customers (cold calling)
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and framework agreements with customers and distribution partners
  • Developing a long-term strategy for each channel and customer to achieve targeted sales growth.
  • Mediator between company and customers
  • Provide effective product demonstrations to customers using Synapticon sales standards
  • Understanding customers’ technical and business requirements and translating them into Synapticon solutions
  • Training distributors to position and sell Synapticon products
  • Assisting at trade shows and other marketing events
  • Provide operational, technical and commercial reports on a weekly basis
  • Close cooperation with:
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer to develop account strategies and tactics
  • Application engineering team and project manager
  • Marketing Manager
