3) Job Scope:

• Prospecting for new customers and maintain existing key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide quotation for project tender and technical support to agents
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security system products industry
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s products & services.
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Attend site meetings, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after sales services support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
• Offerings to effectively position the company’s services & products in the market.
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s revenue.
• Able to present and introduce product / services with in-depth knowledge
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/ consultants/ developers to promote sales
• Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
• Assist in collection and follow-up of payment when required
• Preparation of project schedule, safety documents for safety submission
• Other duties as assigned

4) Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Electronic engineering or related studies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Experienced in handling multiple projects
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in professional and responsive manner
• Capable of interpreting building schematics drawings, electrical drawing/layout
• Good oral and written communication skills (especially mandarin)
• Knowledge in Microsoft, AutoCAD, etc
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Works well under pressure and well time management
• Basic understanding of networking system

5) Working hours:

• 6 days/ week (Monday-Saturday) 0900-1800hrs
