Description:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our winning team! The successful candidate loves coming up with solution to business problems and supporting customers with their goals for success! Our Sales Engineers give technical sales presentations, answer technical questions from potential clients, provide technical and sales information to marketing, attend trade show conferences and analyze and compare product technical features.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and modifications of product demonstrations
  • Lead clients though complex technical features and processes; explaining details of products and services in a simplified manner
  • Prepare and participate in formal proposals and demonstrations (both on-site and remotely); presenting to executive levels of organizations
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers during meetings and at events such as conferences, seminars, and trade shows
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Convey customer requirements to Sales Executives for the purpose of client proposals
  • Assist with strategic sales plans to reach company and individual sales goals for assigned products and services
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Personal sales forecasting activities and meet performance goals as assigned
  • Ability to make accurate client cost calculations
