Sales Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma qualification in any Engineering field.
• At least 2 years of technical or engineering sales preferably in Building M&E
• Knowledge in Plumbing and Sanitary will be an advantage, able to communicate at all levels of building industries including architects & developers
• Communication in English & Chinese is essential in order liasie with client/supplier from China.
• Able to read drawings and use Microsoft Word, Excel
• Candidate with higher experience will be considered into a senior role.
  Salary negotiable with transport & mobile allowances.
  Remuneration package is subject to experience & qualification

• Build and enhance good rapport and business relationship with existing Customers in related M&E products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
• Understanding markets situation, trends, customer’s changing requirements to develop and plan sales strategies.
• Conduct Products & Technical Presentation/Demonstration to Consultants / Architects / Main & Sub Contractors.
• All related Sales and Marketing duties. (Projects follow up, Preparation of Quote, Project submission, Site meeting and collection)
