A start up Technology company are looking for Sales Engineers to increase revenue and build an exciting portfolio of new clients.
Our client, a start up Technology Solutions Consultancy are looking to further expand their client portfolio across the Middle East.
Working closely with the CEO you will be responsible for building an effective solutions focused value proposition focussing on companies who operate in the Industrial vertical into Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Prospect, qualify and generate sales leads to expand the company customer base within the industrial and retail segments
Conduct thorough research to understand prospective clients’ needs, pain points and operational challenges
Collaborate with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions that address clients’ specific requirements
Market Penetration and Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the industrial sector in the UAE, specifically targeting factories and manufacturing facilities
Identify key decision makers within potential client organizations and establish productive relationships to promote our IOT solutions
Pipeline Management
Maintain a robust and well organized sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and progress
Forecast sales projections accurately and provide regular reports to senior management
Relationship Building
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and upsell opportunities
Collaborate closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
Market Intelligence
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IOT, retail and industrial sectors
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams and continuous improvement of our solutions and services
Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on RFID, SAAS, and IOT solutions
Strong understanding of technology trends, industry challenges, and customer pain points
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel within the region as needed
Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field is preferred
