Responsibilities:
- Coordination of events in stores (e.g. piercing party events)
- Adaptation of MKT communication and ensuring proper distribution to stores (close cooperation with MKT signage coordinator)
- Creating trade communication for consumer (leaflet, educational materials etc)Providing instructions to store teams about marketing materials (distribution, placement etc)
- Promoting the Lovisa store/offer using an assets of partners/shopping mall (social media, lightboard etc)
- Coordination of the Special Company Events and Global ConferencesCoordination Travel Policy for EMEA
