Sales & Events Co-Ordinator

The 4 star Ardilaun Hotel is looking for a full-time Sales and Events Coordinator to join the team.
Purpose of Job: To ensure all meeting and event enquiries are handled promptly and that these enquiries are converted to bookings at every opportunity to grow our meetings and events market year on year. You will ensure that the guest needs are met from their initial enquiry through to the day of the Meeting/Event as well as implementing and adhering to Hotel policies regarding operating procedures, reservations and administration of same.
Reports to Sales & Marketing/Business Development Manager, General Manager & Managing Director
Major Function To ensure you maximize conversion of meeting and events bookings, primarily achieved by growing meeting and events enquiries - agreeing and developing new marketing strategies along with accomplishing your targets and KPI goals (key performance indicators) to ensure The Ardilaun Hotel remains the preferred choice for meetings & events in the West of Ireland.
