MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, pricing management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), pricing principles, and gross margin analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and pricing software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • LPO Review: Oversee and conduct thorough reviews of incoming LPOs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all relevant data, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules, are correct and consistent.
  • Incoterm Compliance: Verify that incoterms specified in LPOs align with company policies and international trade regulations.
  • Price Confirmation: Validate pricing details against established contracts or pricing guidelines.
  • Communication: Collaborate with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve the LPO review process to streamline operations and minimize errors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of reviewed LPOs and related communication for reference and auditing purposes.
  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to sales teams on best practices for LPO management and compliance with company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment between pricing decisions and overall business objectives.
