Having built our industry-leading expertise by focusing all our energy and resources on the product, Molsoft has been growing on a lean Sales & Administration structure. Your role as a Sales Executive / Admin at Molsoft will be to collaborate closely with the company leaders to create structure and processes around the Sales and Administration department and ensure it runs smoothly as we prepare for our next phase of growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We value continuous feedback, learning, and growth within a transparent, accountable, and positive culture. The ideal candidate would possess the following:

  • Good knowledge of the commerce technology ecosystem
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills, both in French and English
  • Sales experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a commerce role (retail or eCommerce)
  • Experience with Hubspot and Quickbooks is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Administrative experience
  • Success-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales
  • • Create and document sales processes that will serve as the foundation for our Sales Team.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Participate and take notes in sales discovery & proposal calls
  • Send follow-up emails
  • Prepare and send sales proposals
  • Maintain contacts and deal information in CRM
  • Research market or prospect information
  • Prepare reports
  • Marketing
  • • Assist the marketing team on various initiative
  • Prepare & send email campaigns
  • Post blogs and Social media
  • Administration
  • • Create and document administration processes that will serve as the foundation for our Admin team.
  • Prepare and send Sales invoices
  • Account receivables
  • Assist with bookkeeping and light Administrative tasks
  • Contribute to grant and tax credit research
  • Prepare reports for the leadership team
