Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about sales and driven to exceed targets? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Sales Representative, focusing on promoting, marketing, and selling Volvo construction equipment products across Abu Dhabi, Alain, and the western region of the UAE, where FAMCO operates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Contribute to revenue growth, unit sales, and customer engagement through effective sales process management and distribution strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by developing action plans and securing new business.
  • Proactively manage customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • Relevant qualifications and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience working in the UAE is advantageous.
  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in distributor and dealer sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction, territory management, and product knowledge.
