Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team specializing in ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) panels, thermal insulation systems and acoustic cork solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of ALC panels, thermal and acoustic insulation solutions to clients.
Job Description :
1. Sales Strategy : Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients including architects, contractors, developers and construction companies to promote our ALC panels, thermal insulation systems and acoustic cork solutions. Generate potential project list using BCI database and developing action plans to capitalize on sales opportunities through face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, phone calls or emails.
2. Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing and terms of sale for ALC panels, thermal insulation systems and acoustic cork solutions. Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and negotiate terms as needed to secure sales.
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
