JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within marketing.
• Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Dynamic and approachable personality with high energy levels.
• Prior experience in advertising, creative, or market activation agencies is advantageous.

• Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Actively pursue leads and meet monthly sales targets as outlined by the company.
• Deliver compelling business presentations tailored to client needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and proposals, among other sales-related tasks.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely project delivery.
