Description:
- Develop new business opportunities and actively source for new leads
- Research, understand and identify client’s needs
- Able to present and introduce services with in-depth knowledge
- Generate sales to achieve monthly sales targets
- Effectively communicate technical proposals to client
- Be responsible to all accounts under his/her control
- Assist in business development department
- Adhoc activities assigned
- Report to Sales Director
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or relevant studies
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architecture, engineering and construction industry is preferred
- Team Player; able to mingle with different types of people
- Must have strong communication skills
- Sales driven and results oriented.
