Responsibilities:

  • Project and product service requests and client contact (Perfume Clearance, Product As-sessment, Base Assessment, claim support, etc)
  • Samples Preparation, Base management & Support Submission Kit preparation
  • Internal/External meeting and event coordination’s
  • Project/Submission presentation support
  • Commercial oil sample requests for Singapore/Indo production (roll out, trial orders)
  • Local/overseas dispatch arrangement
  • Fragrance Card & Other Regulatory & Technology documentation request
  • Raw Material Review (RMR)/Halal Certification processing & request
  • IBIS management, new win reporting and updating files
  • Secondary contact point to provide quotations to SEAA client procurement
  • IBIS quotation activity/updates
  • Proactively track, follow up, monitor client’s request fulfilment and action accordingly, con-nect with relevant team members and external to solve.
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
  • Portfolio project and submission management
  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations/submission presentation
