Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Singapore
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and promote our products or services effectively.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings and secure new business contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company pricing and terms guidelines.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and sales growth.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by management.
- Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and meetings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in B2B or B2C sales within the relevant industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work authorization in Singapore.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits as required.
