JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Executive, the primary responsibilities encompass both office-based tasks and field activities aimed at fostering strong customer relationships and driving sales. Key duties include:

  • Client Liaison and Relationship Building: Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and meetings.
  • Outside Sales Activities: Conduct field visits to clients’ locations for face-to-face meetings and presentations. Actively participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the customer base.
  • Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate and competitive quotations and proposals. Present proposals to clients, addressing queries and negotiating terms as necessary.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide regular sales reports and contribute to sales forecasting.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
