Reporting to: Office Sales Manager (Healthcare)
We are an established market leading Healthcare & Pharmacy supplies company based in Limerick which has grown internationally by design innovation in consumer healthcare & pharmacy products. We are now looking for a Business Executive to join our expanding team.
As a Business Executive you will be commercially astute and decisive, as well as an excellent communicator who can effectively prioritise tasks. You will also have great persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to hone your skills and directly contribute to our client’s ongoing success.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers over the phone to build relationships and to understand their individual needs and requirements
  • Maximise sales by continually achieving sales target, increasing order values, up selling and cross selling products on both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Complete a weekly outward call cycle
  • Focus on repeat customers and defend existing business while developing new opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Process orders via phone, email and web, generate quotes and collect payments
  • Maintain your awareness of changes and opportunities in the industry or customer base
  • Feed changes within the industry or customers back to the relevant people in the business

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales or retail sales experience.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail & strong admin skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • The ability to work on own initiative and work effectively as part of a team
