Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the State Manager - QLD the successful candidate will:
Lead effective implementation of services offered to clients that will achieve predetermined targets and budgets for import and export Sales in relation to ANL and CMA CGM in QLD
Undertake a proactive role in the development of sales strategies specifically looking at bringing on new clients and increasing coverage within existing client base
Develop Value Added Services in line with management direction
Meet and exceed annual target set by State Manager for CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA…)
Promote the use of CMA CGM digital tools
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
Previous experience of minimum 3 years in the shipping or related industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role
Strong proficiency in computer skills
Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of duties
Strong negotiation skills, analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
